30-Day Return Policy

FlexTurtle accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at 14776758038@163.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and packing and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Preorders and cancellations

A preorder reservation may be canceled for a full refund of the reservation payment before the order ships. After shipment, the standard return policy applies.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after authorization and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
