These Terms of Service govern your use of the FlexTurtle online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Eligibility and acceptable use

Products and information
We work to describe and display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen and production batch. Measurements, specifications, availability, launch timing, and other product details may be updated before fulfillment. We may correct errors or omissions at any time.
Prices and orders
Prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping charges may change before an order is submitted. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or request additional information when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or correct an error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
Preorders
Preorder products are not ready for immediate shipment. Any estimated production or delivery window is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We will communicate material schedule changes using the contact information supplied with the order. A preorder reservation may be canceled for a full refund of the reservation payment before shipment.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.
Payments and account information

Warranties and liability
